Provide your small rodent a temperature-regulating sleep spot that mounts securely to standard cage bars without sagging. Crafted from dense cotton weave and suspended on three independent loop-and-hook fasteners, the Warm Cotton Nest Pet Toy Hammock distributes weight evenly across the cage structure, preventing tipping or accidental drops while giving hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, or squirrels a quiet, enclosed retreat.
Size Compatibility Guide
Select the exact square footprint that matches your animal’s current mass to prevent excessive bouncing or limited turning space:
-
M (20 × 20 cm): Optimized for hamsters and small mice
-
L (25 × 25 cm): Sized for guinea pigs and chinchillas
-
XL (30 × 30 cm): Accommodates squirrels and larger small mammals
Installation, Cleaning, and Contents
The three included hooks clamp firmly onto vertical or horizontal cage wire, creating a stable platform that stays level during climbing and burrowing. When bedding or droppings accumulate, unhook the fasteners and lift the entire removable unit away from the enclosure. Machine wash on a cold gentle cycle without bleach, then lay flat to dry to preserve the cotton fiber integrity and original stitching tension.
Each order ships with one woven hammock body and three metal-loop attachment hooks. Colors and patterns ship randomly, so each replacement cycle delivers a fresh look. This straightforward detachable design eliminates the need to disassemble cage accessories for routine hygiene, saving time during weekly habitat maintenance.
